INDONESIA PRINTPACK – INTERNATIONAL VENDOR TERMS & PRIVACY POLICY

I. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL VENDORS

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with PT Pasar Tani Indonesia, the operator of the Indonesia PrintPack platform (“Platform”). By registering as a vendor from outside the Republic of Indonesia, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Vendor Eligibility

To register and offer your products or services, you must:

  • Be a legally registered business entity in your country of origin;
  • Have valid export licenses (if applicable);
  • Agree to all applicable Indonesian laws and cross-border trade regulations;
  • Provide true, accurate, and complete documentation.

3. Product and Service Compliance

You agree that all products and services:

  • Comply with relevant safety and quality standards;
  • Are not prohibited or restricted under Indonesian law;
  • Will not infringe any intellectual property rights.

4. Taxes and Duties

You understand and agree:

  • All relevant import duties, VAT, withholding taxes (e.g. PPh 26), and shipping compliance are your responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Indonesia PrintPack is not responsible for any customs clearance issues or unpaid government charges

5. Payments and Fees

  • All payments are conducted through verified international payment methods or designated escrow service providers.
  • Indonesia PrintPack reserves the right to deduct service fees or commissions as per agreement.

6. Liability and Dispute Resolution

  • You are liable for any loss or damage resulting from counterfeit, defective, or misrepresented products/service.
  • All disputes shall be settled through amicable discussion. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its Rules.

7. Termination

Indonesia PrintPack reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the Platform for any breach of these Terms without prior notice.

II. PRIVACY POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL VENDORS

1. Data Collection

We collect the following data when you register as a vendor:

  • Business identity documents
  • Tax ID and export license
  • Contact information (email, phone, address)
  • Bank/payment account details

2. Use of Data

Your data is collected and used for:

  • Vendor verification and authentication
  • Listing your products/services
  • Processing payments and compliance reporting
  • Internal risk and quality control assessments

3. Cross-Border Data Transfer

By signing up as an international vendor, you agree that your data may be:

  • Stored on secure servers located in Indonesia or other countries;
  • Shared with Indonesian authorities for compliance;
  • Processed in accordance with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022) and applicable international standards (e.g. GDPR).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or trade your data. We may share data with:

  • Financial institutions (for payment processing);
  • Legal authorities (when required by law);
  • Logistics partners (for order fulfillment and customs clearance).

5. Data Security

Prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of your data;

    • Encrypt sensitive information where applicable;

      We implement strict technical and organizational measures to:

    • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.

6. Vendor Rights

You have the right to:

    • Request access or correction of your data;
    • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations);
    • Withdraw consent (which may affect your account status).

  • You accept them as legally binding;
  • You are authorized to represent your organization.
